Hello, Brian!

I'm truly sorry for the misunderstanding and I'm confused how this could be called a "bait and switch". We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and in no way intended to be misleading at all. On the upgrade page for Answers, it does mention Categories as a premium feature. However, as you can see in the screenshot below, it specifies it as "coming soon" directly right next to that feature. If you have any suggestions on how to make that more clearer to future potential customers, please let us know.

As our support team member said in response to your support inquiry a few days ago, the feature update that includes the categories functionality is still on track for release later this week. Additionally, as per our terms of service, you're still eligible to cancel and request a full refund since you subscribed in the last two weeks.

Best Regards,
The Apps.IO Support Team

I upgrade for the category feature but the feature does not exist ... classic bait and switch. When will this feature be available? Not a good way to start a customer base.

Hello, James!

Normally when this occurs, this means that the page's Javascript hasn't yet downloaded. If this occurred on Ning's App Directory, your best bet would be to go to Manage -> Ning Apps -> Collaboration and try installing it again after the page has 100% loaded. If you still can't install Listings from Ning's App Directory, you can manually add it using this app xml url via this alternative installation method. If this is occurring while attempting to access the Answers app after you've installed it, please contact us via our support center so we can debug the issue.

Thanks,
The Apps.IO Support Team
