We're waiting until Ning releases their release with the redesigned Latest Activity feature to add LA features to Articles, as depending on what all they change, it may not be possible for us to offer LA integration at all after their release. (We'd rather only have one Addon loose that functionality, Classifieds, instead of adding it to Articles and have it stop working on two addons.) So, we're awaiting Ning's release to see what changes they've made to their system before adding it to Articles.
We've just added the Articles (BETA) widget to the instant install system, to install it simply go to Manage Addons (In any of our other widgets) > Widgets > Install and select Install Now next to Articles.

Please remember that this is entirely BETA, and errors in Articles will be receiving a lower priority compared to our other addons. Periods of downtime may occur in this addon, and articles created in the BETA version may not be compatible with the final version. (Not likely, but nothing is impossible. Basically, use the BETA version at your own risk.)
We're planing to release the beta version within the next two weeks. We've added you to the list, and as soon as it's ready for distribution, we'll let you know!

We're changing the way we distribute our products, the primary reason we charge for our "Premium" products is that we are not funded in any way by anyone other than our customers. We've also got to pay our developers. We do realize that not everyone can pay, so we're in the process of rolling out "Free" versions of our current and upcoming products soon. You'll get an email update when these changes have been made. Thanks!
